My Coaching Program
My One-On-One life coaching structure will set you on a path of continued growth and fulfillment.
My program:
I will tailor make a coaching
structure specifically for you because
there is no strict pattern to Life Coaching.
My program will reflect your
desire for growth in any specific area of
need or a more general need. I do work well with adults who
have been abused with children because I have personal understanding of
that mindset or condition, but by the Holy Spirit and my coaching
experience, I have the ability to empathize and lead Christians to
victory no matter what their circumstances.
The basic
design consists of:

An over-the-phone
one-hour
session to develop the foundation of a
coaching strategy (only in the US)
*
A preliminary assessment to gauge work and life needs and determine
goals
*
Continuous, regular coaching sessions over phone, email and specially
designed MP3 audio for client reinforcement
*
Developing self-awareness, promoting creative thinking and building up
practical skills with exercises
*
Execution of sessions in full confidentiality
*
Quarterly evaluation, and
review of strategies for constant backing and
to meet new requirements
Coaching sessions are normally
via the phone for clients within the
United States only, lasting from 30 to 40 minutes. For those outside
the US, IM, Skype or email will be used.
Sessions may be focused on one
specific goal or challenge that the
client is facing, or on a much broader set of personal or professional
issues.

About My Life Coaching Structure
After
the explanatory free session
we will discuss a program of sessions, for example, a one month or two
month program, a 5-session or 10-session program (whatever suits you
best -- this may vary over time if your schedule changes). We will then
schedule consecutive sessions and arrange for payment to be made.
Payments are made before coaching begins.
If a session is missed because
of an emergency, we will schedule a
make-up session. However, sessions are necessary and must be taken
seriously. If necessary we will work together to create a new wealth
coaching structure that will fit a changed schedule if necessary.
The
Logistics of My Life Coaching Structure

My
life coaching is
customized as stated. I tend to
vary between 3 weeks on and one week off, or bi-monthly, depending on
your needs. All phone charges are included in my coaching fee
regardless of location; calls are also supplemented by email support
and emergency calls if need be.
- * There is little homework, but the assignments are easy, fun, and life-changing. In most cases you'll see results almost immediately if you take the assignments seriously.

Most
of your progress takes place between calls (or e-mails/Im/Skype) mainly
to facilitate and plan your upcoming week.
Coach-Client
Communication and Availability:

I will be
available at scheduled call times, and I
will provide unlimited email support, included in the initial
price. There
are no additional or surprise costs.
How long will we work
together?
*
We
will usually start
with a 3-6 month commitment,
however, I do have a 90 day minimum commitment requirement; this is
because I believe that is the minimum time required for me to
substantially help my clients and subsequently for the client to see
concrete results in his or her life.
* Overall I
ask my clients to stay with me as long as
they feel the service is benefiting them in their personal and
professional lives; once you feel you have reached your goals and your
overall potential as a person, my service is done. I will be
happy to hear how they are doing if they wish to share their progress.
What does the coaching
actually provide?
*
What I
provide for each client is different, it can
range anywhere from a step by step business plan to inspiration and
motivation; but the bottom line is that I will provide you with
whatever is needed to help achieve your goal. However, it is important
that my basic coaching structure be followed for the greatest
consistency which will ultimately lead to your success.
Does My Life Coaching
Structure Allow For Specialties?

Yes it
does. I narrow my Christian life
coaching to many areas such as personal and spiritual growth for adults
who have been abused as children, for those in need of financial
growth, for stay-at-home moms and so forth. However in all
areas of need I emphasize kingdom living by centering everything upon
God through His son Jesus Christ. This will ultimately result in
healing and a successful Christian lifestyle that will affect the rest
of your life with a positive outlook influenced by the Word.
I consider it a joy to help
individuals be set free from whatever
bondage is holding them back in life. God will help everyone
looking to move forward whether they are having personal or
business problems or both. I am an action driven coach and therefore
look for clients who are actively seeking resolution to their problems.
The Cost:
I charge $275.00 per month
because of all the attention and time I put
into each client. However, I have another exciting program
that includes my time in a smaller capacity combined with an amazing
self-help program. It's affordable for all and very
affective. I work with clients from all over the world, but I
must limit my phone calls to my United States clients only.
Phone calls are replaced with e-mails, IM or Skype for my foreign
clients.
My life coaching structure
does not have a standard package because my
clients needs/wants are
different and I cater each package to the individual. Each monthly fee
is paid at the beginning of the month, in advance of the sessions.
Is there a guarantee? If after
receiving your welcome pack you are
feeling apprehensive and unsure, I will provide you with a full refund,
however, this is a one-time refund option and after you have completed
your second session you cannot quit my coaching program and receive a
refund.
What if you decide to
quit my program?
If there is a legitimate
reason for you quitting, such as you truly
feel you are not getting value out of the sessions (this is extremely
rare, and if it does happen it is obvious to both myself and the
client); then you may stop at the end of a four week cycle and I will
refund your remaining fee. However, coaching sessions are similar to a
gym membership, it is a commitment, and if you simply decide to
unreasonably quit I cannot provide you with your fee back.
