This person should be energetic with high levels of vigor to motivate.
♦ Positivism-
Must be positive in their approach, attitude, tone and even writing. A
positive outlook must be maintained at all times.

It is important that he or she creates a number of new ideas to help
clients. Idea formation plays a major role in this vocation.
♦ Thirst for knowledge-
Must be familiar with the changes around them pertinent to their
client's situation. They must update themselves with research and get
familiar with new areas that are encountered. This is so you can best
help your client with what he prefers to work on.
♦ Personalized-
An important Christian coaching specific is that there is no strict
pattern to Life Coaching. Usually scheduled sessions are tailor-made
for the client.
